Digital Balance: Mental Health in the Digital World

In today's digital era, we are constantly surrounded by technology, resulting in constant accessibility and information overload. Digital balance, i.e. finding a healthy relationship with the digital world, is therefore becoming increasingly important. Companies should take care to promote the mental health of their employees and provide them with tools to cope with stress factors.

Stress factors in the digital world

Constant accessibility and the feeling of always having to be "online" can lead to a high level of stress. Digital distractions and the "Fear of Missing Out" (FOMO) phenomenon can also cause stress. Companies should recognize these stressors and take steps to protect the mental health of their employees.
